Reiki Level 1 Energy Healing
Create the healing foundation your body wants!
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful Japanese energy healing modality that supports balance, relaxation, and the body’s natural ability to heal.
Reiki Level I is the first step in your Reiki journey and is designed to awaken your connection to universal life force energy and your own innate healing abilities. In this foundational class, you will explore the history and principles of Reiki while gaining a deeper understanding of energy, the chakra system, and how energy flows through the body. We will cover the ethics and responsibilities of working with energy, the structure and flow of a Reiki session, and how to create a safe, grounded, and intentional healing space for yourself and others.
This class includes experiential learning and hands-on practice so you can begin feeling and working with Reiki energy right away. You will receive your first Reiki attunement during the course, opening your energetic channels and allowing you to immediately begin practicing Reiki for self-healing and for others.
Since this is an online class, you will schedule your 15 minute attunement with me to be done remotely.
Reiki Level I is as much about personal healing and awareness as it is about learning a technique. Many students experience increased intuition, emotional clarity, and a deeper connection to themselves as they begin working with Reiki energy. It's a great way to get started with energy healing!
Prerequisite: Reiki Level I is open to anyone with an interest in Reiki. No prior experience is necessary.
