Your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains how Jenn Palmer collects, uses, and handles personal information through jenn-palmer.com, including Quantum Prosperity Blueprint™, Ariella, online programs, and related services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, purchase a membership, contact us, participate in programs, or use our tools. This may include:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number, if provided.

  • Account identifiers, membership status, and subscription information.

  • Information submitted through forms, applications, emails, or support requests.

  • Ariella conversations, assessment answers, belief-check responses, reflections, goals, and feedback.

  • Generated responses, scores, reports, approved Blueprint content, and saved progress.

  • Program participation and lesson-completion information.

  • Transaction details and payment status. Payment credentials are handled by our payment providers.

 

Depending on what you choose to share, your submissions may reveal sensitive information about your experiences, relationships, finances, emotional well-being, health, or spiritual beliefs.

Please avoid entering payment credentials, government identification numbers, or confidential information about other people into Ariella. Share only what is needed for your personal exploration.

We may also collect technical information, including IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, cookies, and website activity. Some of this information may identify you or be linked to your account.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Create and manage member accounts.

  • Process purchases and verify membership access.

  • Deliver lessons, tools, coaching, and related services.

  • Generate Ariella responses, personalized reflections, and reports.

  • Save and restore progress and display historical results.

  • Support report downloads and saved-data management.

  • Respond to inquiries and resolve technical problems.

  • Send membership, billing, program, and service communications.

  • Send marketing communications where permitted, subject to your choices.

  • Maintain security, investigate misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Ariella and OpenAI

Ariella is an AI/SI software-based guide that uses OpenAI’s application programming interface, or API, to generate responses, reflections, and reports.

​

When you use a feature powered by OpenAI, the information needed for that feature is transmitted to OpenAI for processing. This can include your current message, relevant saved conversation history, assessment or belief-check responses, earlier reflections, and draft content.

​

Information is transmitted when needed to perform a feature; not every item stored in your account is necessarily included in every request.

​

OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default unless the API customer explicitly opts in to data sharing.

​

OpenAI may retain information for service operation, security, abuse monitoring, or legal purposes. Retention depends on the API features used, applicable settings, and OpenAI’s policies. Deleting saved work from our website does not necessarily immediately delete information retained separately by OpenAI.

Saved Progress and Account Access

Ariella saves supported conversations, answers, results, reports, and Blueprint progress in databases hosted through Wix.

​

Your account identity is used to associate saved work with you and control member access. Authorized personnel may access information when reasonably necessary to operate the service, provide support, investigate problems, or meet legal obligations.

​

Your Ariella submissions are not published to the Skool community or shown to other members. Information is only shared if you choose to share in community discussions or group sessions.

Service Providers and Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information with providers as needed to operate the website and deliver requested services. Depending on the features
