About Me

Hello, I’m Jenn, and I’m here to help you heal, awaken, and create a life that truly feels aligned and meaningful. I’m a Transformational Healer, Intuitive, Spiritual Teacher, and Manifestation Coach, and the path that led me here came through my own deep healing journey.

My Journey

Before stepping into this work, my life looked very different. I worked as a Software Engineer in a very technical, logical world that never quite felt like home to me. At the same time, I was dealing with ongoing and worsening health issues, and I felt completely disconnected from my purpose. I knew something wasn’t right, but I didn’t yet understand why or what I was meant to do.

At 18 years old, I had twelve amalgam dental fillings placed in my mouth all at once. At the time, I had no idea this would eventually lead to mercury toxicity and become a major contributor to my health challenges. Over the years, my body slowly began to break down in ways that traditional medicine couldn’t fully explain or resolve. I tried everything I was told to try, yet I continued to feel worse instead of better.

Eventually, I discovered the connection between my dental fillings and my declining health, but that realization opened the door to something much bigger. I quickly learned that healing wasn’t just about replacing fillings or addressing symptoms. I needed to heal on every level: physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual. That understanding marked the beginning of a profound awakening and a complete shift in my life.

From Healing to Purpose

As I committed to my own healing, I prayed deeply, asked God/Universe for guidance, and made a promise. If I could be shown how to heal, I would help others find their way through their own healing journeys.

 

That promise became my purpose.

​

I went on to earn my Doctorate in Traditional Naturopathy and spent years studying a wide range of energy healing and clearing techniques. I immersed myself in intuitive development, frequency and energy work, spiritual healing, and manifestation practices. Everything I teach and offer today is grounded in both education and lived experience. I don’t just know this work. I have lived it and continue to live it.

Through this journey, I learned how deeply our health, beliefs, trauma, energy, and consciousness are connected. I also learned what it truly means to move from surviving to thriving and to reclaim your power as a creator of your life.

​

My Mission

Today, I help people navigate physical challenges, emotional pain, spiritual confusion, and life transitions so they can reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity, purpose, and empowerment. My work is holistic and intuitive, blending energy healing, spiritual coaching & guidance, and manifestation tools to help you release what no longer serves you and align with what you truly want to create.

I know what it feels like to be disconnected from yourself, to struggle with your body, and to feel like something is missing. I also know how powerful healing and awakening can be when you’re supported in the right way. That’s why I’m so passionate about this work!
