Acknowledgement and Consent for Services    

1. The sole purpose of any session it to help energetically balance, heal and clear the mind, body and spirit so that you can live your best life. Sessions are meant to be used in conjunction with appropriate medical care, if needed. If under the care of a medical professional, please inform them of any changes in your life that may pertain to their relationship with you.

2. All intuitive information or guidance provided is for informational support only and is not to be considered a diagnosis. I understand that body work and energy work complement medical or psychological care I may be receiving, but do not replace it.

3. You must be 18 years of age or older and have read and understand the above and acknowledge that no guarantees or warranties made for this session. Parents or guardians may make appointments for minors.

4. Everyone’s time is valuable. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give at least 24 hour notice. Also, please show up on time to the appointment. Late cancel or late arrival appointments may still be charged at full price.
