Your Customized Healing Audio Meditation
Jenn will create a custom meditation tailored to your specific concerns or goals. You will have a 30 minute call to discuss your needs and then you will co-create your healing audio. You may choose up to 3 concerns and goals. Jenn will incorporate these as much as possible, depending on the needs. If the needs are complex, you may only be able to do 1 goal at a time.
Jenn will then create a very unique and custom meditation to support your goals including:

• A customized list of affirmations
• Specific healing frequencies
• Background music of your choice
• Voice options for your affirmations (Your voice or AI copies your voice)
• Energy healing support

The possibilities are limitless with this powerful and uniquely supportive tool!

Your subconscious holds more power over your experience than you may realize. Your deep subconscious beliefs are running the show and often cause suffering and stagnation. The good news is that you can reprogram your mind with powerful positive affirmations to create a mindset that is necessary to get you to your end goals. Your affirmations will be subliminal so that it goes directly to your subconscious.

The Power of Your Voice
You can record the affirmations in your voice or Jenn can use AI technology to copy your voice. Either way, affirmations are more powerful when received by you in your voice. This deeply enhances the effects of the meditation.

The Power of Frequencies
It's scientifically proven that frequencies have a profound healing effect on the mind, body and spirit. In these meditations, Jenn will include low level tones with multiple frequencies to support various aspects of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual experience. Solfeggio frequencies and other well-researched frequencies will be used in your meditation.

The Power of Brain Entrainment
Brain entrainment is where the brain synchronizes to the rhythm of an external stimuli. When exposed to the tones used in these meditations, the brain entrains with the frequency of the tones, leading to enhanced brainwave patterns. Jenn uses binaural beats or isochronic techniques to create an environment to help you receive your healing affirmations on the deepest levels of your being. Jenn incorporates clearing/healing of your chakras, meridians, nadis, aura, akashic records, tree of life, toroidal field, shadow-self, beliefs, karma, blueprints, projections and timelines.
